Sometimes it would be the USB mouse would stop working for no reason and that was the only device they have. Then we noticed that the USB / USB-C devices (docking stations) would completely crash at random. We kept having random issues with Audio causing the system to lock up while on Teams calls.
Update BIOS, audio drivers, thunderbolt drivers, and docking station's firmware should do the trick.
